Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VpsGabbar, we strive to provide reliable VPS, RDP, and Proxy services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through VpsGabbar.in are final and non-refundable.

Once a service has been provisioned and activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchase

• Incorrect plan selection

• Lack of technical knowledge

• Change in business or personal requirements

• Partial usage of the service

Customers are encouraged to review the service specifications carefully before completing their purchase.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the service has been activated.

Customers may choose not to renew their service upon the expiry of the current billing period.

3. One-Time Replacement

If the delivered VPS, RDP, or Proxy service has a verified hardware, network, or provisioning issue that cannot be resolved by our technical team, we may provide one free replacement of the service.

Replacement is subject to the following conditions:

• The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after activation.

• Our technical team must verify that the problem is caused by our infrastructure.

• Only one replacement is provided for each eligible order.

• Replacement is offered at our sole discretion.

• Replacement does not entitle the customer to a refund.

4. Abuse and Policy Violations

No refund, replacement, or cancellation will be provided if the service is suspended or terminated due to:

• Spam or phishing

• Malware distribution

• Hacking attempts

• DDoS attacks

• Illegal activities

• Copyright infringement

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy

5. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.
