Acceptable use policy

Effective Date: November 3, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms & Conditions of VpsGabbar.in, owned and operated by SNNJ (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). It applies to every proxy, VPS, RDP and related service you buy from us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to this AUP.

1. Your Responsibility
  • You must follow applicable law, third-party rights, the target website's terms and this AUP.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and services, including by anyone you give access to.
  • Buying a proxy does not give you permission from any website owner, and does not override access restrictions on that website.
2. Accurate Account Details
  • You must register with your real name, a working email address and accurate contact and billing details.
  • We may ask you to verify your email, phone number or identity at any time.
  • Accounts with false, incomplete or misleading details may be suspended or terminated without refund.
3. Permitted Use

Lawful uses include price and product monitoring, SEO and search result tracking, ad verification (without inflating metrics), brand protection, testing your own websites from different locations, research on publicly available business information, gaming and general lawful browsing.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our services, or help anyone else use them, for:

  • Hacking, unauthorized access, password guessing, credential stuffing, using stolen accounts or sessions, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
  • DoS/DDoS attacks, network flooding, botnets, or distributing or controlling malware, ransomware or data-stealing tools.
  • Phishing, financial or payment fraud, identity theft, forged documents, fraudulent chargebacks or money laundering.
  • Child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, terrorism, threats of violence, stalking, harassment or doxxing.
  • Piracy, bypassing DRM or paywalls, or infringing copyright, trademarks or privacy rights; trading prohibited goods or services.
  • Spam or bulk unsolicited messages on any channel, fake reviews, fake ad clicks, fake votes or engagement, or creating accounts to commit fraud or get around platform bans and limits.
  • Taking part in or automating polls and surveys, including paid surveys.
  • Ticket scalping or automated purchases that bypass quantity limits, queues or identity checks.
  • Sending email over SMTP through our proxies.
  • Pornographic content, sexual services, or any betting, gambling, casino or lottery activity involving money.
  • Anonymous access to crypto exchanges or trading platforms, bypassing KYC/AML checks, crypto mining, or fraudulent investment schemes.
  • Getting around sanctions, export restrictions or territorial licensing rules, or hiding your identity or location to do so.
5. Data Collection (Scraping)
  • Collecting publicly available data is allowed only where it is lawful and the source's rules are respected.
  • Do not collect non-public data, such as content behind a login or paywall, private groups, private profiles or private messages.
  • Do not bypass robots.txt, API restrictions, rate limits or other access controls.
  • Do not build datasets of personal data without a lawful basis, or target sensitive data (health, biometric, criminal records, children's data).
6. Resale and Sharing
  • You may not resell, share publicly or offer our services as an open proxy, VPN service, Tor exit node or public gateway without our written approval.
  • You may not connect our IPs to bandwidth-sharing, proxyware or similar networks that let third parties use them.
  • Security testing or penetration testing requires our prior written approval and the target owner's permission.
7. Fair Use and Network Protection
  • Datacenter and ISP proxies include up to 100 GB of traffic per IP per 30 days, pooled across the IPs in one order, counted separately for upload and download.
  • Each IP is limited to 2,500 simultaneous connections. This limit may be reduced temporarily to protect the network.
  • Excessive or unusual load may lead to speed limits, a request to explain your use, suspension, or an offer of extra traffic at an additional cost.
  • Some ports and targets may be blocked for security reasons. Please contact us before buying if you need a specific port.
8. Logs, Abuse Reports and Law Enforcement
  • We keep records of your account, payments and which IP addresses were assigned to you and when, so that abuse can be traced to the responsible account.
  • When we receive an abuse report or a request from authorities about an IP assigned to you, we may contact you, and you must respond and stop the reported activity promptly.
  • We cooperate with competent authorities and disclose information as required by applicable law.
9. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may, without prior notice, warn you, limit features, replace or block IPs, suspend the affected order or terminate your account. Services terminated for a breach of this AUP are not eligible for a refund. You must not continue prohibited activity through another order or account.

10. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse, email [email protected] with the IP address, date and time (with time zone), and a description of the activity.

11. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated version.
